On Easter Sunday last year, I made this painting at a view point in my garden which overlooks the surrounding area of mountains and trees. The painting was carried out in ‘plein air’, which gives a fresh and spontaneous feel to the work. The painting is executed in watercolour, with watercolour pastel crayons and watercolour pens.
